This is a free one day training geared for CAC leaders on the Ethics of Being a Stress Resistant Practitioner.

Participants in this training will have the opportunity to learn more about themselves as helping professionals and how secondary traumatic stress might impact their practice.  In addition, professionals will have the opportunity to identify their ethical obligation as helping professionals to attend to their own self-care.  Participants will have the opportunity through this training to learn techniques to increase job satisfaction, resilience, optimism, self-care and social support, and decrease staff attrition, stress reactivity and burnout.

This free training is provided by INCAC and WRCAC.  Lodging and travel expenses will also be covered for at least one representative from each CAC. This training will assist with meeting part of the NCAC Accreditation Standard of Organization Capacity, Section H.

INCAC will contact you regarding travel arrangements once you have completed registration.  DO NOT make travel arrangements without authorization of INCAC.

Please contact INCAC if you have any questions or concerns.
