Session Description:

The Outcome Measurement System (OMS) is a nationally standardized, research-based set of surveys designed for CACs to gather feedback from youth, families, and multidisciplinary team partners. In this refresher training, we will start by discussing the purpose of the program, the variety of methods available to gather this feedback, and best practices for each method, with a focus on how overcome potential barriers and pursue approaches that work best for each community. We will then explore ways that CACs can use this feedback in combination with other sources to guide improvements to services, demonstrate the need for additional resources, and raise awareness about the positive impact of CACs.

This training will be recorded
