 y Centers. This includes NCA's Outcome Measurement System (OMS) to evaluat
 e the impact of services and remaining needs\, helping to improve CAC prac
 tices for families and multidisciplinary team professionals involved in th
 e response to child maltreatment. Her background includes academic researc
 h with a focus on child abuse interventions and direct service work as a c
 ounselor\, providing a blended skillset to help child-serving organization
 s effectively measure their work and improve practices\n\nSession Descript
 ion:\n\nThe Outcome Measurement System (OMS) is a nationally standardized\
 , research-based set of surveys designed for CACs to gather feedback from 
 youth\, families\, and multidisciplinary team partners. In this refresher 
 training\, we will start by discussing the purpose of the program\, the va
 riety of methods available to gather this feedback\, and best practices fo
 r each method\, with a focus on how overcome potential barriers and pursue
  approaches that work best for each community. We will then explore ways t
 hat CACs can use this feedback in combination with other sources to guide 
 improvements to services\, demonstrate the need for additional resources\,
  and raise awareness about the positive impact of CACs.\n\nThis training w
